Why is it sweating ? The same reason that a cold beverage does just in reverse . If it's not kept in a climate controlled environment then it cools down at night . But it heats up quickly during the day OUTSIDE the tractor , the INSIDE of the tractor has a lot of mass in the form of iron and steel ( and in the case of the tranny , a lot of fluid ) so it doesn't heat as quickly so condensation forms inside it . That includes the ignition cap . Like a cold beverage just outside in . Not much you can do about it except to work it EVERY day till ALL fluids are hot to the touch and then work it for a couple hours more to evaporate the moisture that formed inside during the morning hours and try the ventillation tricks mentioned elsewhere or you can mount external heaters like magnetic block heaters or set a space heater under it and run them all summer but you'd have to disable the built in thermostat that most of them have . This would be prohibitively expensive in most areas . Another option is a dehumidifier in the storage space but that would only work if it's a garage or some other relitively confined space . Good luck ...Randy

To top that off, you have a cup with oil in it ("why would you want to lubricate your carburetor?"). On closer examination (and some reading in a AC D-14 service manual), I found out that this is a pretty ingenious method of cleaning the air in the tractor's intake tract.
