Levi, I took the switch out in the sun today to recheck the markings on the backside. WhatI thought was PL at 12 o clock is RL-Rear light. INST at 10 o clock goes to panel light behind the gas tank. Sorry for the mistake. Remember my switch is for a 240 U but it looks the same as your picture. Check it out with a volt/ohm/multimeter set on X1. Put one lead on the 7 o clock terminal and check each switch position with the other lead. Hope this helps. Dave.
