I have delt with alot of different companies for many reason"s through my job and hobbies and when you deal with a company long enough you sometimes will have a bad experience but normally the good ones out weighs the bad ones. I recently had a John Deere 4010 Carb. rebuilt at Denny"s. I called the company and they explained everything needed and how everything was supposed to go. I did as they instructed and the carb. returned just as they had said. The carb. was installed just as instructed adjusted as instructed and pulled it that night, everyone was quite inpressed and wanted to know where I had gotten it gone over at. The carb. worked just as they said it would and we adjusted it just as we were instructed to do. Now... not defending them but if you have a problem why not write a letter to them asking for a explanation and a timed response. Kindness goes a long way from both ends. Just my 2 cents
