Just checked the 450 carcass, there is a hyd pump, but no distributor. Front bolster is complete and intact, air in both tires, too. But no fuel tank. Still needs some cogitating. Head is missing, don't need it.Air cleaner is there and complete. Should be able to figure something out, if I pull the bell housing off the 400 power unit, will it mate up with the clutch housing/ta housing on the 400 gas? Just asking ????s Trying to visualize in my mind what could/should/might work. Thing is, the owner of the 400 diesel only wants $500.00 for the motor and the trailer it sits on. Hard to go wrong at that price. And he claims only 30-35 hours on a complete rebuild. Cogitate some more, sure would be a nice rig if it can be made to work
