We had a couple cats left the barn and started clans out in the feilds. The one dog was a pit bull and mom called the dog-catcher because it would get hold of our rope swing and my sister and I could swing it back and forth and it got to be too protective of us for her liking. There was also an orange cat with an extra toe on each front foot that we called et. She was about the best barn cat we ever had, she'd get onto the roof to get into the rafters through the open peak to catch birds.
