Cedric: That fast food garbage is a real bad one especially if live on a gravel side road within 1/2 mile of the paved highway. I watched a guy stop and empty his car of unwanted garbage right in the middle of side road. He then proceeded to first intersection and back out to the highway. We have fines for this and I turned the contents complete with the culperts credit card slips over to the adopt a highway folks, they weren't interested in persueing it. I guess they just enjoy the outing of picking this stuff up once per year.
