Last winter I wasn't paying attention to my 340 and lost all the trans-hydraulic fluid. When I remedied the problem and filled the reservoir I had the same problem you are describing. Found a set screw on top of the pump I took out with an allen wrench. Poured fluid in to prime the pump and everything started working again. If this works for you, start checking lines for an air leak.
