Yes, the one plug on the bottom right(under the PTO) drains the Transmission and differental and PTO. If you have a belt pulley their is a small plug on the bottom of that casting that drains that gear box and a plug on top to fill it back up. If your doing this you should drain and refill the final drives also. To do this yu remove the sheet metal pans at the bottom of the final drives, clean the pans out and reinstall them using new gaskets. Then refill thru the plugs in the casting just above the pans Dave.
