986 will not start

Over the weekend, I backed the planter and 986 out of the shed. I noticed that when I started the tractor it kind of hesitated before starting. When I got ready to put it away it would not start. Put the battery charger on and jumper cables and still nothing. I can hear the relay click on an off inside the cab so I know that is not the problem. Any suggestions on what the problem might be?
