The clevis attaches to a one inch diameter thread. About an inch toward the cylinder is a larger Diameter thread that the adjusting nut moves on. A snap ring prevents the nut from being rotated backward, off the clevis end. The shaft of the cyclinder is one inch and, how it attaches to the larger threaded dia is hidden under the big nut. I assume it is threaded also. But, does it thread over the thread the clevis attaches to, or does everything unscrew as a unit and then the clevis reinstalled on the ram and the adjusting nut discarded?
