International Harvestor Tractor Data book by Guy Fay. H/M wheelbase 88.5/88.75; length 125.25/133.125; Width (axles not tires)75.5/,84.5; Height to top of steering wheel 74/78.25 weight (approx) 4000/5000. Rear wheel weights are 145 lbs each from the factory, others are MUCH heavier. The M is a substantially bigger tractor, height to top of steering wheel is misleading because the H steering shaft is at a greater angle. If you are using a garage, the muffler has to come off, your head and upper body will too if you are not careful. Although the tractors are very similar, you will find the H easier to work on because everything is smaller, lighter and lower.
