It's worth what?

Been looking at a H, engine stuck, manifold has holes that shouldn't be there, no carb and tires, don't ask. On plus side has a Heisler hand clutch unit with handle missing. Owner will not price and wants to know value of tractor and Heisler unit. Thanks for any help you can give. Bob
