Some years back I had dealings with a fellow that went something like this. If I had hay to sell he would not make an offer. I had to set a price and he would either accept or reject it. He wouldnt bargain or dispute a price you set on your item. Most buyers would try to get you to lower your price and you would have to come to a satisfactory price.
