I believe the master clutch, and or the TA clutch are rusted (lightly) to the Pressure plate or flywheel. Jarring them and pushing on the tops of tires when in high gear with the clutch blocked down will possibly free them/it. The clunk is a bit ominous, but getting it running and free seems the firat priority. If the exhaust was open to rain, and weeks went by there could be enough rust to cause engine rotation problems. I assume the tractor ran before the tin was removed, and the rain. good luck, JimN
