Creeper on my 184 is a PITA sometimes to shift from one range to the other, will occasionally hang in "neutral". I usually just gently bump the clutch a bit when shifting from Hi to Lo and vice versa, if it gets balky. Seems to shift like it oughta if you pull/push the shifter like ya really mean it too.
