Use the hottest heat range you can find, and lean your carb a little. Max power is 5 turns out of the main adjusting screw. Keep turning it in until you get loss of power under load, then open it slightly. This won't help if the fouling is caused by oil. There used to be plugs that would fire in a high oil use tractor, I don't know if they are available anymore.
