The piece in the lower right, if it is rounded on the other end, is a 'poppet' that goes in either the pto lever, or in the shift rails. There are 3 total, 1 in each shift rail, and 1 in the pto. They were spring loaded, the spring going in the hollowed out part. The other piece, looks kinda like maybe part of the tranny top that has the 2 pins. Wasn't yours damaged right around there? The plate maybe was part of a reinforced seat support? Just my guesses...
