Super a Hydraulic's

G'day,Have taken the hydraulic system of my Super A as to clean any rust off the pin retainers and also to check that the boots are in good condition i have also taken the arms off, my question is, should the two rams move in and out by hand i cannot move them, will i have to dimantle the system to free them?i hope my explanation is adequate
