I once tried NAPA for parts on a SMTA starter and they couldn't find the Delco number. Brushes are pretty common things so you can probably get those ok. You may also be able to match the bushings through NAPA. If you have shop that rebuilds starters and generators try there, usually they have or can get the parts for you.
