Tractor Vet, I rebuilt the engine from a stripped block, used same P/S's i've used many times before. the valve timeing I checked by book and it is within specs. Pump is timed to 14 degrees BTC. This engine has an ether aid start.
I have no way to check compression, but that is an idea.
