I agree with Rick. Check float level and needle valve condition first. The float should shut the fuel off when the float is level with the bottom of the carb when the float chamber is removed from the carb. If possible, adjust the hi-speed or main jet while operating the tractor under a load. Pull an implement, stop and make a small adjustment, pull the implement, readjust the carb, note the performance of the engine, I'am sure that you get the procedure. Medfarm
