Mike, (Just reducing confusion) When refering to a vehicle (even in a picture) behind is considered to the rear of the vehicle, right is operators right, etc., Thus the exhaust hole is in front of the air cleaner hole. This looks like a perfectly restorable hood (unless there are parts of it that are smashed or cut out with a torch, even then, it looks good in the hard to fix areas) All these holes are correct.
