Mike; that is a good looking hood in both pictures. The dent should be able to be pulled and re-formed. that little tear is nothing, a mig or gas welder could fix that with no sweat and a little grinding/sandpaper will have it looking good. Ought to see some of the stuff I started with on a recent haybine. If you want pristine original and can afford it the ok, but this is very do-able. Good luck and post pictures. Bob
