It was an option same as lites and so forth. Yours mite have a plug in the head for the sender or even a place in the lower block outlet that would have a plug where the sender went. There was a small bracket that bolted on the gov housing for the guage. If the tractor came to run on the distallite fuel from the factory it would have had shutters also. You can get the guage from a dealer and drill and tap the lower housing for the sender. any more info needed just send an E-MAIL
