PRICE OF A FARMALL A

hello
i have been watching our local mf dealer
who has i discovered a farmall a on his lot.
i stopped to look it ovr a little on saturday
paint is what youd expect for a tractor its age
sitting out
i didnt chev serial no yet.
tires are ok but were wet so i couldnt see to good looks like it is all there.
its been converted to 12v and the grille have been cut out to put a pulley on front of crank
spoke to the dealer said it ran when it arrived
at the lot may need a new battery .
he s asking 1700.00
what your opinion
