There are two different hub/rim styles...

One uses cast iron clamps/wedges. (similar to the way the rear rims clamp to the hub)

One uses just bolts through loops that are riveted onto the rim. Nothing at all like a pressed steel car rim, just 3 loops on the rim.

Either will work just fine.
