706 engine swap?

I have a Farmall 706 with a locked up motor, it has a diesel with glow plugs, and never started well before, so I am interested in converting to a gasoline engine, and was just curious if this is possible and what problems I might get into. Also what would the cost be for a used gas burner that runs well? I have price the overhaul kit for the diesel and it seems cost prohibitive.
