IH 2400A Oil Pan Removal

I have a 1974 year 2400A loader tractor with a C-157 gas engine. Anyway, it blew the head gasket between the 3rd and 4th cylinders.

So, I figured I might as well replace the rings while I was into the engine. I don't have a chasis manual, but the best I can figure it looks impossible to remove the oil pan with the engine in the tractor frame.

Does anyone have any idea how difficult the job is to get into the bottom side of this engine? To me, it looks like the entire cast iron radiator frame and front end need to be removed as well as the frame rails back to the rear of the engine. Then it looks like the front part of the engine could be removed. But it looks to be very heavy and a difficult job.

For now, I went ahead and just installed a new head gasket. But I may need to get into the bottom end one of these days. The tractor only has 2500 hours on it, but it burns some oil and the compression is only at 125 pounds. The manual calls for 175 psi at cranking speed.
