Yes you can go with a car type and drive on the rails, but yep theres problems if the tires are wet etc. BTDT. As rusty says go for the bigger one and don't look back. I use a car type and if I could I wouldn't but its what I have and no money to do/buy what I want/need. I've had te tire spin problem and believe me its no fun and can cause big problems if it where to slip off to the side, if it did you could flip a tractor over.
