I think I may be a little late in responding to this , but i have went the trailer "buying" route, I have had one of many types of trailers, and all that have been mentioned here, I purchased my gooseneck a year ago and have never looked back, after all the other trailers I wish this was my first, it will definatly be my last, it is an all around trailer, tractors, trucks, hay, equiptment, firewood you name it you can haul it, even hauled 7 yards of topsoil on it with sides I made, the deck over bumper pull is useless unless you have at least a f350 or equivalent, there is just too much toungue weight that was the last trailer i had before trading it in on this after only a week, [lost another 300,after trade in] I would suggest a goose neck if you are going to do any serious hauling, t he weight is put right where you want it, turning radius is so much better, and the ride is way better than any thing I ever hauled with. [except the 18 wheelers I have driven for years, but then you get into cdl, and all, but I wish I had the rig pictured in an earlier post that would make the ultimate tractor hauler,,here is a pic of mine with 2 N styled tractors with room to spare even with a 2 bottom plow attached to the rear tractor,, and yes I also have red tractors, [and green, and orange, and blue, ]good luck in your decision, pat
