Depends on when the Super M was built. The early production (Stage I) differences from a straight M consist primarily of a larger engine, different gearing (faster in higher gears) and disk brakes. Later production (Stage II) added live hydraulics, evidenced by the battery box relocated from beneath the gas to under the seat. I believe however Stage II live hydraulics was a “delete option”. So there’s probably some Stage II Super M’s out there with belly pump hydraulics - or perhaps without hydraulics altogether. Power steering was never offered for the Super M from the factory. However you’ll find many SM’s have been fitted with aftermarket Charlynn and Behlen PS kits by their owners.
