Why not a 10-12 feet cut? Very easy with a gang reel mower. I have a seven gang Jorgenson (?) (former college machine bought at auction for $210) that can run with a Cub in second. Third on a slight down slope. A H in fourth could handle 4 acres in about 1/2 hour. A Super H could probably pull fifth gear. When your neighbors see how much fun you are having, they will want to take turns mowing your lawn.
