Martin, Original H heads used 4 numbers followed by letter or letters suffix. If yours has a R1 suffix its a later head and should have 6 numbers before the R1. Sometimes part of numbers get ground off and you can see the ground marks. C 169 and C 175 engines used in 300 and 350 tractors used a 361479 R1 for gasoline. You may have something else though. If it doesn't have 1/4 inch pipe thread opening in rear of head it may be same as above head.Date code or picture of combustion chamber would help on ID.
