Hi Magman....I neeed to make gaskets also, usually two different ones, but I use dozens of them. So what I've done is to first make a template out of 1/4" plywood that is the exact the outer shape of the gasket. I don't drill any holes in this tmplate, I just use it to guide my sissors as I cut out each gasket. Next I've made a hardwood jig that the sissor cut gaskets can fit into. Picture a sandwich with the gaskets in the center. On the top piece of the hardwood jig I've drilled the holes that the gasket requires. I put about 20 gaskets in the jig, clamp it together and then put the jig in the drillpress and drill all 20 gaskets at once. The top and bottom gaskets usually get ruined by the drilling, but all the rest come out great and are all the same size, with the holes in the exactly the right spot. Takes awhile to make the template and jig, but saves time overall if you are making the same gaskets over and over in quanity. Pete
