Hi Good people, Can any one give me some idea's on how to make some gasket making tools? I have probably spent close too $200.00 on gaskets this year for Mags. And I have also spent probably $15.00 this year on gasket material to make my own by tracing them out and cutting them with a good pair of small craft shears. That works the best. I cant seem to follow the lines very well trying to use a razor blade and goof and ruin a good gasket material. It is just hard on my hands and a pain to do because it takes so long. And most of the time I end up redoing them because they are a little to small to fit. So My question is can any one come up with some plans for me to maybe make a set for the H4 mag and the J4 mag with my lathe and drill press. I have the small punch type to make the holes that I got from harbor freight. I can give you dimentions if you would like, But the main thing would be to send me in the right direction on how to maybe do this. I have a hard time latly figuring out how to do and make things but if someone can show me how I may be able to do this I am sure I can get er done. Also I should have an update on the H motor shortly in the next few days or so I hope. So far besides a blown head gasket the machine shop is finding nothing wrong but he wants to plastic gauge the crank and test the oil pump in the next few days. JON

Since this can be extremely difficult, you may want to fabricate the item or purchase a modern replacement temporarily, but eventually, you s
