If the core plug (they really aren't freeze plugs, they are used to get the sand out of the casting after the iron cools) in the back of the block is leaking (Antifreeze coming out of the bell housing) there is no other way to fix it than a split. Your C is leaking in two places for sure, The "O" rings at the bottom of the cylinder wet sleeves are toast, and need to be replaced (requiring the complete disassembly of the rod to crank connection, removal of the pistons and pulling of the sleeves. This is not hard in a wet sleeve engine, just wooden block kind of thing. If it has hours, why not put in a engine kit. At about $800 for all stuff including fluids and materials, it would go a long way towards great tractor. If the rear core plug is leaking, it needs to be pulled. At that point doing the mains and a new rear seal is the ticket. If it has low hours, or you are budgeted to just fix it minimally, and the core plug is OK, just "O" rings and gaskets might do. Lube the "O" rings with silicon grease, or dish detergent when installing the cleaned up sleeves. Be sure to put things back in the same hole, and in the same rotational location, and the pistons facing the way they were. The manual is mandatory for specs and process. Good luck JimN
