Brycen: Is the tractor equipped with TA as in Torque Amplifier. The lever for that if so equipped would be to the left side of steering colume just above the clutch pedal. There will be a network of linkage between this lever and clutch pedal. Those linkages being out of adjustment can create the problem you describe. Your problem can also be caused by a bad pilot bearing, clutch disc sticking on shaft, could be a warped clutch disc and even a faulty presure plate. First you make sure your adjustments are correct, and if that doesn't cure the problem, you'll probably have to split the tractor at the clutch housing. If you don't have an operator's manual, it would be best to get one. These adjustments are just about impossible without the manual. It has to be adjusted to the letter and by the book, close doesn't count with these. The operator's manual gives a diagram for this adjustment complete with directions.
