Thanks Randy. I guess there is something else wrong with the cylinders because I tried just letting the air out and then tightened them back up. Nothing. Plus I have the one cylinder stuck open. I wonder if the cylinders are bad. Sorry I am new to tractors and hydraulics and do not understand fully yet. Sorry for my ignorance.
