I think that you will want to use a deep socket and extension to get to the radiator bolt through the bottom of the casting. There should be a hold that lines up perfect for this.
I am not much help on the decals.
Paint, go to Case IH. This is where you will get the highest quality "factory" paint. The next step up would be automotive paint.
