The pump itself it kinda heavy,although I have hoisted one up by myself.But a way I learned from The Red is to get some threaded rod and some nuts and run it up slowly.You take four threaded rods about 3 ft or so and screwthem in to the bolt hole and use the nuts to raise the pump up then remove one rod at a time and put the bolt in the hole.I found it easier to keep the coupling lined up and in right than trying to do it with two people.I have also seen a guy use a floor jack to put one in,but he looked funny holding the pump and jacking it up with his foot.
