You carb needs adjusted. I had the exact same problem. I forget which screw I turned, Thinking the idle mixture screw. I would turn it a bit, then take the choke off a bit, and went back and forth til i could run it good without the choke. starts right up now.
That was on a 300u tho.
The mnaual tells where and what the adjustment needles are. You do have a manual, dont you? Got mine at the case dealer for only $17, thought it was a good fair price.
