26ft Vibrashank 45

I"m currently looking at 2 Vibrashank 45 units. 1 is an 18 footer that was rode hard and put away wet (bad paint, 50% shovels need replaced, no hydraulic cylinder, bad tires). The cheapest I could get it is $500. The second unit is a much nicer 26 footer that I can get for $800 (good paint, good tires, good shovels, etc.) Is this still too much?

How much tractor will I need to pull a 26 footer? I currently have a non-turbo 806 diesal. Will I need to pick up a larger tractor (e.g., 1466) to pull a 26 footer?
