It's hard to say about the blowby... it could be as simple as sticky rings that will loosen up with use, or maybe the addition of some "snake oil", such as MMO might help, or it could be OH time.

Mine doesn't seem to have much blowby.

After it has sat without running at least overnight, loosen the engine oil drain a bit, and see if any coolant that has settled to the bottom drips out before the oil begins to drip out. This could indicate a bad head gasket, or a cracked block or cylinder head.

It sure is a SNAPPY little engine, with a quick governor, and good power.
