I actually got the idea from a forum member. I'm sure I would have thought of it first, but he explained the heat process in the same post he told me water was making the oil a cream color. I appreciate your suggestion and if I had alot of oil to do (like multiple tens of gallons), I would consider it. This is a one time thing for about 4-5 gallons, so I wont go that crazy yet =). I thought my oil pump was a bit excessive as well =)
