Oil Pressure Guage - Adaptor Fitting

I purchased a new water temperature and oil guage for my 1946 M Farmall that I am fixing up and painting. I'm pretty sure these are replicas made in China based on the price. The Temp guage fit OK and is working. The oil guage will not connect to the original oil line. Looks like I need a male to male adaptor fitting to make it work. Do any of you know where to get such a fitting. I'm sure a lot of Big Red folks have run into this problem before! Thanks in advance for any helpful advice.
