Farmall F-12 Leaks antifreeze

I am buying a 1935 F-12 Farmall that runs great with no
antifreeze in the oil, but it leaks a lot of antifreeze around what
looks like a water pump that connects to the upper radiator hose
and is the housing for the radiator fan, pulley and shaft. I don't
know too much about F-12's. Is this just a matter of a gasket
where this assembly attaches to the engine block or is this a
serious problem. I'm not even sure if this is a water pump or
just the housing for the radiator shaft, pulley and fan. Please
help!
