Zenith Carb on 130

Removed carb today to service.
On the top is a brass button is a stamped part#?

Looks like an IH number: 366462R91

I did a search on YT but came up empty.

Should there be a main jet needle on this carb?
There is an idle jet. There is a plug in the end where the main should go. Removed that plug and can see a brass insert with a screwdriver slot and a hole in the middle.

I have a main jet from another carb that may work.
