I think that is the decal that is supposed to be on a 54 SMTA that has the T/A delete option. Not 100% sure though....I have 3 archive photos from Wisconsin historical society and they all show the standard "Super", with the M-T/A and the word on the wing "Torque Amplifier". I can see the word "Diesel" on the tank on 2 out of the 3. I had hoped that the "Guru", Guy would have weighed in by now....but to no avail.
