That is pretty much that it holding the cab on, just make sure you unhook the heater hose and electrical wires and depends on witch cab you have you you need to watch for the batteries. As far as removing the cab you need to lift it straight up. there should be a be a place to put a bolt in at top center on each side to lift the cab up.
