Some of us do not have a M to compare to our H or a H to compare to our M. We come to this forum to as questions because we believe that some of you out there will be helpful and give us the information that we need. We have inquistivie minds, we wonder what we can do with what we have to work with. Now for example, I have a Farmall H that I hauled out of a field. The heads were removed prior to its recovery, thus open exposed pistons. Well I thought, I do have a chevy straight six motor out of a 75 Nova, I wonder if I could adapt it over to the H? Or even better yet, what about a V8 350 chevy motor? To all those out there, including Hugh, some of us need to be closer than a 1/4 mile to know one tractor from an other, the good part is, someone out there already knows, and we are not afraid to ask. Try to be helpful, rather than acting all high and mighty. Thank you inadvance.
